Andre ends up recovering making it out of the hospital and seeing everyone. He plays a game of basketball and visits gwen. His parents were so proud of him as he himself was to.

Fast forward three days everything is still healing and Shawn and Gwen are worried about Andre. Andre had emailed his boss that he will be doing his work from the hospital and that he might be slow with his work since he is only able to type with one hand.

Andre is worried that he won't be able to play basketball again and so are his parents. It would be hard and expensive for him to get his hand back to normal. He doesn't know what he will do or his parents.

Andre was sent to the hospital because he was badly beaten in a parking lot. His mother and father visited him and heard the news. Andre had broken almost all 27 bones in his right hand, bruised his kidney, a concussion, and some other things. His parents were in disbelief and he would not wake up until the following morning.

Andre was being chased by a group of 4 men. Andre didn't know what he did wrong all he knew was to get out of there as fast as he possibly could. He was confused and scared and didn't know where he was going. He kept running and running until he came to a dead end.

Andre and Shawn were leaving the restaurant to get ready for work tomorrow so they said their goodbyes before they left. The following morning Andre was not ready to go to work and didn't want to, but Andre knew he had to so he went to work. Shawn on the other hand didn't go to work.

Andre and Shawn were both at a restaurant as well as Gwen. All three of them had just gotten out of work and they all were exhausted. That led Shawn to have an idea for them to meet up and meet at a little restaurant. They all enjoyed their food and discussed how their day and job was.

Recently Andre and Shawn haven't talked since the incident between them. But they finally met up in a deli in the city. Andre and Shawn talked for hours and were finally reunited. They were both happy to see each other after a while..

Andre and Shawn both have been working and hadn't really caught up with each other ever since Shawn got locked up. Shawn got out 3 days after being caught and Andre hadn't really reacted with him since. They both know they haven't talked with each other in a while so they plan to tomorrow in the book.

Andre and Gwen were still at the carnival playing games. But something was off. Andre had never ridden a roller coaster, so that is exactly what Gwen forced him to do. Andre was trying to get out of the idea so that he didn't have to but Gwen didn't budge. Andre was terrified on the way up and screamed on the down.
