This is an amazing recount of what recovery from addiction feels like. For the first quarter of the book he repeats his sentences/ statements to get a feel for what it’s like to be in his head. However it can get redundant at times which personally drove me a little crazy. It clears up the further you get in to the book (the longer he stays in recovery) which made it much more bearable.
