Not read in yonks bc PhD reading is dominating my life ): trying to get back into the funk and this is still bringing me joy

Autobiographies aren’t my funk genre unless it’s someone I’m obsessed with, but I’m surprisingly enjoying this one. The author is sharing her experiences documenting trees & mushrooms from the rainforests in British Columbia as a kiddo. It was posted to me by a pen pal (Patrick) I made in France this year who is also from BC- Victoria specifically. Fully wholesome content thus far.
