Today we read the scene where Percy visits the Oracle. Bunny said she would have turned around saying “nope” and left to get something to cover her eyes before saying “oh btw what is my destiny and can I have a sword to protect myself please?” 😂

I was wrong. My baby is on a mission to read these books and we’re reading a chapter every 1-2 days. A part of today’s conversation was about why Helios couldn’t possibly be an Olympian. She said it because he always has to drag the sun to the west. So he doesn’t have time to even be on Mount Olympus. It was a cool conversation. She’s learning a lot from her Greek Mythology podcasts.

We are never gonna finish this book. Aria keeps stopping me to tell me everything she knows about the Greek gods. (She’s on her second Greek mythology podcast)
