How does this hold up after over 20 years?

I'm fairly certain that Jones' crystal ball wasn't working when she compiled this. That said, the historical foundations sections and the areas whereby careful attention is given to defining intellectual freedom are pretty solid. I didn't pick this book up for policy development (which is what it is intended for). There are definitely more current, relevant resources for that.
