Amazingly well-written book by a very smart man. Enjoyed the read even though it describes some really horrific events. He emphasized how we should listen to our intuition as opposed to always being on alert which can be detrimental instead of helpful. As a single woman, this was a great insight into what to pay attention to, and what could go wrong and possibly how to become smarter about avoiding it.
