I'm at 65% or so right now in this one, and I've rarely read a book that made me hate a bunch of side characters more! It REALLY isn't making me want to go back and read the 'Witches of Eilanan' series, since this series is about a good chunk of these side characters. Ugh! (Right now I'm wondering why ANYONE would root for the Righ or his wife, because they're not really such nice people.)
