I'm really interested to hear your thoughts after reading this and whether you recommend it.

It's been an interesting overview - basically nothing actually useful (yet, and it seems unlikely to show up at the end) but a solid intro to some more recent experimentation with flow states.

It's definitely a bit unfocused, and I'm not sure exactly what the point is, other than "hey this is pretty neat" (which it is!) but if you're interested in the subject matter I'd say give it a try - just don't hold out a ton of hope for any useful outcomes.
