Maybe I'm getting jaded. Maybe I'm just feeling salty. Either way I'm feeling fatigue on the series. The MC went from redoing saves for kicking butt to redoing saves to look like a pompous butt head. Since no one exists on the MCs level there isn't anyone to keep his gargantuan ego in check. From vanquishing enemies to vanquishing doubt people have of his power.
