Nothing’s happening but everything’s happening.

I’m able to go through the text faster now but the themes and plot are too dark to motivate me to keep flipping through the pages.

Goodness, what a tough book to read. I have the per-chapter summary in hand in case I miss out on details due to the prose, which, while unique and vivid, easily throws me off.
