DNF. The first, as King’s works go. Dumbbell of a book that tones the arms and reads like a YA adventure slash fantasy fiction scant of excitement whilst packed with longueurs—gave it the due benefit of the doubt until the halfway mark and decided I’d squandered away too much precious reading time. I’ll do well to stick to his older titles but it’ll be a long while before that happens.
