Well, I'm enjoying it and it's very well written and plotted, but... there's nothing overtly supernatural in it to this point. My comparison would be more to Harlan Coban than Stephen King. Lights come on from time to time in the cupboard, and there's the odd shadow that makes him think his dead wife is directing his investigations, but at this point it's an investigative crime thriller.

Aaron continues the deciphering of his wife's notes, following himself the investigation that led her to conclude she was on the trail of a serial killer. And always her presence and her ghost is just beyond Aaron's fingertips.
So far a great story, if not as overtly supernatural as I expected from the author of Ghostwritten.
