I get that, especially once you’ve seen his London collection. The way fog gives everything that ghostly pallor (sorry I can’t spell) to,the sky, the water, the buildings. Shades of dim lighting from the sun chiaroscuro like halos. This sounds like an inspiring book to save for that trip across the ocean.

Yes, it’s a beautiful book, BAM. There’s lots of art and colourised old photos and I’m only a few colours in :)

Dang it do I have to add another book to my TBR if I keep doing this I’ll never die
