A lot of interesting things in the Adept Press chapter! GNS theory, Sorcery's narrativism, Trollbabe's mechanics (especially DM describes success, players describe failures) and the rise of indie RPG. Also it trips me up anytime John Wick (the game designer) is mentioned lmao

Necromancer's Games did what they wanted to do, and then closed off when the 3rd edition license stopped being relevant. I respect them for knowing what they wanted and sticking to it.
