Very disappointed with the third chapter. Lots of words to not say much and ultimately seems like a advocating for a return to the status quo. I would have liked to see his framework better defined, backed with research, and or tested with other cases. Even taking this framework and applying it to the last 8-20 years and identifying what different outcomes may have occurred.

Chapter 2 was a little better. Nothing earth shadowing, but there is the allusion of recommendations, which is useful. One point I was not sure on accuracy was the assertion that the AIIB is the first non Bretton-Woods development Bank. As far as I know, it isn’t even the first or only one in Asia.
