As a people pleaser, I struggle a lot with boundaries because I feel I am either letting someone down or disappointing them when I draw the line. Lysa explains in the book that boundaries aren’t meant to control other people, but to protect ourselves. That has been a great mindset shift for me. The boundaries she talks about are not just in a marriage, but all relationships. I highly recommend this book.
