So far the story is good but I am not sure if the style of writing is to my liking. I am interested but sometimes I get thrown off by the way the sentences are formed and used.

This book is reminding me of the old TV shows like Lou Grant and others that focused on a strong newspaper investigation team or reporter. I worked in news for a while and know that it is very different but it is still a good story and this is a good story so far.
