Oh. My. God. This book is so well written. Kate Elizabeth Russell has this way to almost feel bad for the teacher, kind of like what they're doing is ok. Then you step away from the book and you're like wow that's so fucked up. She writes so well.

I also keep forgetting that she's in high-school. She's 15 in 2000 but she goes to a private school and every time they mention dorms or anything I think about college.
