mixed feelings. i hated the 3rd person POV. i thought this was okay. not horrible, not great. considering it's length i was expecting something like this. i am hella intrigued after that bonus excerpt. i need to know what happens to annika! so im for sure reading book 2!
the world building was okay. i think i loved how mikhail trained her to not be the person her dad labeled her as. i want book 2 to be better
