Have you heard of / read The Happiness Project? It’s got a similar premise, albeit with less challenges and more goals that the author aimed to turn into habits for a happier life. Personally, I’m super interested in your take on Wilson’s book. I’ve got a theory about the rise and popularity of books like these that is both attractive in its ease and reassurance that people feeling like this aren’t going through something insurmountable and UNATTRACTIVE because it would not only mean it’s common but that it’s expected. But I need to read a few more books to see if I’m really onto something here.
