Ok so for whatever reason this is the longest version of this book, but there’s still about 80 pages left, so…..

If the vamps don’t leave any trace of themselves afterwards like with Roanoke, then how do they clean up the blood being spattered when they hunt, like with Ruth and with all the carnage at Roanoke?
Was there blood at Roanoke? I thought everyone just up and vanished

And the chapters aren’t even labeled correctly

Yeah no the language used is very inconsistent and strange, there are typos EVERYWHERE, and the writing style is almost like that of Clay where it’s so surface level, but it’s a bit better than Clay bc the sentences aren’t so short

Ok yeah the typos are going crazzzyyyy

1. Trigger warning for mentions of domestic abuse
2. The inner monologue not being italicized is kind of jarring.
3. I can’t really take all caps seriously lol
