This whole paper piecing section was a total let down. Where are the pictures? The usual detailed an fun explanations? Obviously this is not a favorite subject/craft for the author.

Yet another book to try... Ricketson wrote a book on quilting from precuts: Little Bits Quilting Bee: 20 Quilts Using Charm Packs, Jelly Rolls, Layer Cakes, and Fat Quarters

Next book to read: Amish: The Art of the Quilt, Robert Hughes

This is what I love about this book, there are so many references to other quilt books so you can find what fits for you.

This is the most comprehensive and detailed pictures for binding that I have yet to find

Quilting Modern: Techniques and Projects for Modern Quilts....must buy this book
