And the line about Zach "being through a hard time" like suggesting Quinn herself wasn't? Do authors even see the problems they're writing when they create these inner misogynistic concepts out or is just so 2nd nature to them that they actually believe little poor Zach/their male characters are more deserving of attention/devotion then the female ones

And to the games we go. Kind of hoping though Zach doesn't make it. This whole thing surrounding him is just annoying.

Grumble, this sucks. Nows she's as Arturo's master place w/Cristoff where she's meant to renew the magic of vamp city...so much for her little love affair with Arturo - while he fed off fear apparently, Cristobal feeds on pain & control. How is this gonna go w/out me tossing the book at a wall?

Really, her only motivation 4 going back, getting caught by traders, & being sold to a slave auction was her selfish, dipshit brother. Ugh. Whatever. I'm already disappointed. Was hoping when she escaped that she'd be smart enough not go back with some naive, moronic notion that she could save her brother by herself. Another annoyance. Would have preffered the master vamp to cross over & grab her instead

The one thing though I'm currently not a fan of is her fixation on her brother, esp.when he doesn't share the same concern for her - I hate when stories revolved around saving the brother & villainizing the sister when the roles are reversed. It's extremely annoying.

What the heck is this? Alternative realities. Kind of cool. Well see how this pans out
