My first experience of a Matt Haig book and so far I'm not personally finding it very relatable or particularly comforting. Perhaps I'm not in the right mindset to take on board the meanings within the chapters.

I feel that a search for self help or similar on pinterest would yield similar quotes/thoughts/advice. Reading via a library and I would be disappointed if I'd spent money on this book.
