Oh dear, I'm frightened. Someone has already spilled the beans, and there's still 55% left in the story. I obviously have hopes of a happy ending, obviously, but what the heck is going to happen in between?! I can feel second hand embarrassment and cringe in the air...

So far I have come to realize that I do not like the friends to lovers trope, lol! Don't get me wrong, I am enjoying the book so far, and like the authors writing style, but this trope is not muah. I do like the flashbacks to their high school years though, but not so much the the many references to high school. 🤔
