One character trait to describe Thomas is impulsive. He is impatient because he does whatever comes to his mind for example, On page 17 "He steadied himself and started walking to the bathroom but Newt reached out and grabbed his arm". "You're used to living with a bunch of boys" Newt said. This shows hes Impatient because if that was Theresa in the bathroom it would have been very disrespectful to open the door.

One character trait to describe Brenda is courageous. Brenda is brave because without thinking she dragged Thomas away from the falling stairs, when he sat there paralyzed with fear. On page 171 the text says, "RUN! She screamed, and started dragging him away from the deconstruction." This proves Brenda is brave because other parts of the stair could have fell on her but she still helped him.
