Click on the "friends" link along the top bar, then click "edit friends" (to the right of the alphabet links) and the top friends are chosen by clicking a check box. ^o^

Yeah, pretty much what Sans said about just checking the top friends box after you go to edit friends to check the friends you wish to add as your top friends.

Yeah, I noticed recently, too, that GRs had made every GR friend a "Top Friend". I remember I had set these ages ago. But as Sans said, just go to "edit friends" and untick the people you don't want as "Top friends". Also, under the "Updates" tab there is an arrow next to "showing", you can choose different settings, ie. all friends, just top friends, top friend and following etc., so it filters your update feed. But if you already knew that, just ignore that. ^_^

Y'know, I can never get the filter to stick with the filters I select.

And some are both? Hehe... And hmmm, I never knew that you could change this, perhaps I need to look into it and put those GR friends on top whose books appeal to me the most.=oD What exactly does a top friend "do" that others don't? I'm totally clueless...

LOL Yep! I'm pretty clueless myself,but if I understand it, your top friends' reviews and comments show up first. I checked the ones that I like, have similar tastes, that I talk to a lot, or enjoy their reviews and find them helpful in deciding what to read.

I just made some changes also, I wonder if I will find even more books that appeal to me now. While the Savage Sleeps is still high on my tbr list. I'm saving it for nmy holidays, that way it doesn't matter so much if I lose a bit of sleep...lol

I'm sure you will. There are some really great ones on here.
LOL I think you'll love it(I know I do) and it's worth the little sleep you might lose. :)
