I findihed it… I findihed the main story line and now there are only extras… ims k confused because one of the last bits said Xie An (best man) died?? But he isn’t dead?? But overall this book was amazing and I absolutely loved that last battle. Once I unlock it, I’ll definitely read the better translation~!

I finally passed the threshold of where the donghua had ended and damn, it hooks me. They never forget to sprinkle the thoughts of Chen Xing and his short lifespan, Xiang Shi’a true age… and they met with old acquaintances~! This book is truly something else.

I finished the extra chapters and jsut gotta say, the corporate AU was adorable, Xiao Shan being 20 with a wolf form and helping out Lu Ying, Xiang Shu and Chen Xing doing weird things while travelling like sex in a bridal chamber after beating bandits while testing out Chen Xing’s invention. One thing tho, how was the Chen legacy preserved for another 300 years after the main story line and how did Chongming end up with the heart lamp?
