Another absolutely incredible book in this series. Disturbing but fantastic, was up until 0100 as just had to finish it. I love the characters and relationships. Hospital scenes between Tilly and Matilda made me cry, so emotional and beautifully written. My only complaint is that I have to wait until March until we find out what happened - what a cliffhanger we have been left with.
