Oh dear. This is, just…juvenile. The world-building is quite good, but the characterization is absolutely terrible, with characters so flat and lacking in chemistry (either alone or with each other) that there are post-it notes that are more compelling in their own right. It’s good plot & pacing, but the overwrought, angsty dialogues, and childish “emotions, my gAWd, how powerful mah FEELZ are just horrible.
