After reading the first 30 pages the implications towards answering this question has me re-evaluating my mind. Professor Langley is definitely onto something.

attempts to answer the question of why people entranced by the dark knight. The author, Professor Langley, does a great job not only psychoanalyzing Batman & the “criminals” that he chases; but also eludicating why people are entranced by this anti-hero/vigilante.
