seeing how the mass political organization and initiative of the working masses resolved contradictions in social relations/divisions of labour within production processes themselves (managerial vs. performance tasks; mental vs manual labour); and how this unlocked greater potential for innovation, production, welfare, and resolutions to further contradictions (country vs. city; agriculture vs. industry) is amazing.
