is it worth reading? like ya isn’t my thing but i can enjoy it when it’s well-done… the thing is i feel like i have to read the other trilogy before i start this since i always feel the need to finish something completely thru if i start reading

it's fun! Definitely definitely leans YA but I think aspects of it can straddle adult and YA fantasy. I don't think it's a book you should take too seriously but it's one of the better high fantasy YA books I've read. Characters are fun and it's pretty action packed overall so good fun!
