Given where the side story is going, I feel like I may be fine not reading Restart following this volume. Delving into the Mitos' past was exhilarating, and I'm happy Minato and Shizuma are giving a relationship a shot despite some insecurities still popping up.

Also, the brothers now know they're romantically involved, and Minato and Shohei's dynamic has not disappeared.

With the thought process of now going back into Restart, I'll see where Minato's concern over Shizuma leaving/cheating on him with a woman will pan out. Outside the biphobic angle, the worries get quelled enough here that unless you want to see them beyond this volume, they might start getting repetitive.

I'll still throw caution to the wind since looking into Restart Volume 2 had the return of my kink.

Thinking ahead to Restart, this current moment likely got more under Minato’s skin than his kiss and makeup with Shizuma let on.

Will reengage once I'm not in class and either waiting for the bus or at home because some good ol' smut's about to start and I'm ready to live again.

Hinohara was also smart in expanding the Kirigaya family lore because she didn't mentioned Itsuki and Minato's dad got killed shortly after he left his family.
