What's intruiging is how all the arguments make sense om both sides. Gerald, a witcher, dispised and feared by most yet always asked to do the dirty work, has a better moral then this crazy, perverted wizard named Stregobor. A typical power hungry, narcissistic old man that sees flaws in all but himself and his kind.

Conversational writing style is good. Feels as though I am the 3rd person observing interaction.

Is this the beast of Belle & the beast?! (A grain of truth)

First thing I notice which shocked me because I saw the series before reading the series:
Foltest's description :"Foltest was slim and had a pretty - too pretty - face" and then finding out the king is smarter than they made him look.
There are more smaller details of course but this one just baffled me.
