This chapter was great. Its amazing to see how psychedelics are being used to treat addiction, depression, end of life anxiety and various other conditions.

Chapter five was definitely the most dense but i think that has more to do with the fact that I don’t know much about neuroscience. It was still incredibly interesting. I like this quote greatly, “The short summary is, babies and children are basically tripping all the time.”

Learning about the history of both Psilocybin and LSD is so fascinating, especially with how accepted it was in the 1950s and how society abruptly changed their stance during the 1960s.
