I was a little hesitant to pick this up, as I had read some reviews that indicated that it did not do justice to the first. After reading it, however, I feel like other reviews have failed to give credit where it is due. While different from the first, this book is still tons of fun and filled with an appropriately high level of death and poignancy. Looking forward to continuing this saga.
