Great read, very engaging and his span of work and collaborations is pretty amazing. I appreciate his willingness to share the good, the bad, and the uglys that allowed for growth and empowered himself, his team, his colleagues, and fema to continually improve. I sat down and read this book in a day. Couldn’t put it down. Im relatively new to emergency management and cant wait to share this book with my team too!
