I'm at odds about how I feel so far... On the one hand I echo a lot of the reviews in "nine months in a public library does not a librarian make". On the other hand, the author points out a lot of the negative things people don't think about at libraries and it's the stuff I deal with every day. Some of the procedures they have make a lot of sense and really give me something to think about.
