The Coffin Dancer - 3.5/5.
Took me eleven months to finish it. Not because it's bad, but because I've struggled reading actual words (rather than listening to audiovisual) this year, but it was good. A bit clunky in places, but good. Onto the next, eventually.

Finally starting The Coffin Dancer. That opening chapter was excellent. So incredibly readable.

The Bone Collector - 4.5/5
I've seen the movie, but there's much I couldn't remember. It was 20-ish years ago.
Totally forgot who the killer was, which is great cos it would've made reading a chore. I thoroughly enjoyed this, though. It whizzed along because there's no fat in the writing.
I'll have a little break before moving on to The Coffin Dancer, but I'm really looking forward to reading something entirely new.
