so far a fantastic book about the beginnings of Pixar. How ed worked his way to be at the forefront of his field, to how he met John lannaster, and eventually partnered with Steve Jobs. Ed also goes into great detail to describe the culture within Pixar and what he had to learn as a manager over the years for Pixar to be as successful as it is today.
