Sara How do you like his non-philosophy so far?

homoness It's amazing. It's incredibly thought-provoking! I really like his obscure style, the elegance of his prose and the immense understanding of Badiou. THis guy got me hooked, I suppose.

homoness what about you?

homoness It's not just style tho. I am beginning to grasp the rough outlines of his ideas and am very intriguied.

Sara I haven't read him yet directly, but the philosophy/non-philosophy dychotomy is fascinating - I'm interested to understand how this can translate to a politics/non-politics setting. I guess that whereas non-philosophy has a liberating value (decoupling thought from power), non-politics would have a negative implication (for the same reason).

homoness Hmm, that's a great question. I couldn't even make tentative remarks on this question, but I like the idea of it.

Sara Very intellectually serious of you!

homoness Well, it's just, that he's completely new to me. I yet have to understand him and hence I'd reserve judgement.
