Finally gained some momentum in this one again.

Still chugging away.

This is only holding my attention by fits and starts.

I hadn't realized that so much of the info I knew on Blake was anecdotal or, as the author puts it, "mythic." Hmm.

The full Gospel explained, along with the doctrine of forensic atonement, just to be clear about what Blake *didn't* believe about Christ. Wasn't expecting that!

Ah, I'd just been reading the introduction. (Sometimes it's hard to tell with Netgalley books.) Now that we're into the main part of the book, it's moving along nicely.

So far it's way more philosophical and less biographical than I expected. I hope this isn't indicative of the rest of the book.
