Story #4 - MIRACLE IN A DAY by Arjay Javier. The first story that does not have graphic homosexual set act. There's just a simple kiss and it did not make this story an odd man out. Rather, this gave the book the needed respite from being an all out erotic book. I hope the next issue of the anthology has more of this so that more straight men and women will not hesitate buying this book. Well-written one (5 stars).

Story #6 - ANG BATA SA KANTO NG AVENIDA by Rovi Yuno. Hands down, this is the best story in this anthology. I think the publisher knows this by putting this last in this book. The use of butterfly as a metaphor is just brilliant. Unforgettable. (5 stars)

Story #5 - THE QUEER EXECUTION by Patrice Marco. Wow! True to what Patrice wrote in his intro, this is similar to Margaret Atwood's THE HANDMAID'S TALE (perspective of a woman) and George Orwell's 1984 (man's perspective). This time, Patrice has their counterparts: perspective of a gay man. And it flies! It flies! I did not know that Patrice Marco can write as lucid and engaging as this. (4 stars). Way to go!

Story #3 - REWIND by BX. I liked the concept. A speculative fiction or sci-fi story in the anthology is a nice break from the M&M actions haha. Though what those scenes in the rewind are you-know-what this being a homoerotic book, the ending was something I was not able to predict. Best story so far. (4 stars).

Story #2 - INCORRIGIBLE by Dalisay Diaz. Hard to imagine but the way Alexis or whoever he is really gets lost in the house or compound is similar to the Little Prince hopping from one asteroid to another and meeting different kinds of people. I am not sure about the ending as it felt abrupt and could have been stronger. I still like it though. (3 stars)

Story #1 - TOY SOLDIER by Michael Juha. Nice but is very similar to "My Husband's Lover." Well, it made me remember that show while reading this. I still like this though. (3 stars)
