listening on audiobook!! this is the first book i’ve given a full shot on audio. i’ve previously struggled with maintaining focus and immersion but i’m loving the narrator’s voice!

I need to file a claim for extensive emotional damage. This audiobook has me tearing up at work and trying desperately not to cry at my desk.

It’s heartwrenching but it’s not bleak. It’s beautiful.

Erin is 52% done

This audiobook has filled lots of my time in the past few days. The plot is so gripping and heart-wrenching, mostly because the characters feel so real and relatable. This is the first story I can recall in which I have sympathized for each character equally, and so each one has earned a little piece of my heart. I’m only halfway in, but I’m totally emotionally tethered to this book.
