In this chapter Goggins talks about how he lost his inner Savage after his first book was released to critical acclaim. He then found his inner savage again by going back to his mental lab. We all have a lab that we can access to get better and stronger. It is important to build one.

This chapter suggests you voice record yourself in the morning whining about all the stuff you have to do. Then listen back to it in order to hear how much of a bitch you are being and record stories of times where you were hurt by others.Then use that as fuel to get working and make them pay by continuing to exist. I am prepared to take some emotional damage.
