I'm starting to wonder what happily ever after would look like for this guy.

The most interesting thing about reading a book written by Rick Chiantaretto is his ability to surprise me. I read so many books that I am rarely shocked by them anymore. With Mr Chiantaretto, the hits just keep on coming.

So far this is my favorite Rick Chiantaretto book. As I read, I keep thinking, "Wow! What a fascinating idea." or "What a cool concept."

Are you kidding me!

I've been looking forward to this book for a while now. It looks like Mr. Chiantaretto is not going to disappoint.

I am fascinated, not only, by this series' magic system, but by the life cycle of the people in the book.

I can't wait to read more...
