Ch 4 and I honestly think I’ve finally gotten to this first but of actually actionable information in the book - a list of necessary skills to have to be the best EA.

One issue from this chapter: “Nothing is too much in order for them to serve… Complete strangers with called… The stories… Sometimes take up several hours of my day, but… I treated everyone with consideration… Even the complete stranger who kept calling to invite me out for Valentine’s Day”. When saying this about a job that is VERY predominantly female, Jan doesn’t see the issue here??

Lots of repetition but inspiring in concept.

Good introduction- I wish those being interviewed/quoted wouldn’t assume the gender of the EA/CEO in any hypothetical situation.
