Some of them have, others haven't. One of the recent P.M.s apologized for the comfort women, but the conservatives are again in power and have denied that the comfort women were forced into service...
Mr. Abe! Tsk! I detest the word "settled" in the diplomatic policies.How can Japan have "settled" the issue of comfort women with apprehensive apologies merely given to the women who endured the criminality. Abe trying to put a blindfold over the historical past is mockery at its best.
