In the same class as Gornick's "The Romance of American Communism." Clearly written by someone who's lived a life of militancy and been buffered about between margin and mainstream. Plays on some of the most interesting and informative histories of 20th century American radicalism.

Anyways, school is starting again, meaning that I likely won't pick this (or anything even remotely interesting) back up until summer.
